As a part of their “Wrongdoers Tour” Norma Jean stopped by Allentown’s Crocodile Rock Cafe. The band recently put out Wrongdoers (Razor and Tie Records) and their set offered up a heavy dose of that record.  A few old favorites were represented, much to the delight of an enthusiastic audience.  With three (relatively) new members in the band, Norma Jean seems to have learned a few lessons from all of their work in the past and seem to be on their way toward an intriguing future.

Openers The Greenery nearly stole the show.  They emerged wearing ski masks and offered up an intense set that created a host of new fans.  KEN Mode wasn’t quite as fortunate as they had to fight their way through some of the venue’s sound issues.

J.J. and Josh ‘The Radio Pirate’ had the pleasure of speaking to singer Cory Brandon Putnam about the making of Wrongdoers, working with a drastically overhauled lineup, collaboration, art, overcoming theft and what to expect from the future.
