Lat year when the Sands Event Center opened, Blink-182 was one of the first bands that were announced to christen the venue. Unfortunately, that never happened. Days before the sold out show, Travis Barker had an emergency tonsillectomy and the show was cancelled with no plans of re-scheduling. Fast forward to the August 2013, the band announces a small string of shows that would finally bring them back to the Event Center.
In a matter of days, tickets for the show SOLD OUT. Practically everyone in the Lehigh Valley came.
