Fighting the late-February cold, our very own JJ Ellis got a chance to sit down with Shadows Fall frontman Brian Fair. The band is currently on tour with Hatebreed on the ‘Divinity of Purpose Tour.’ Sitting in the back of the tour bus before the band took the stage at Allentown’s Crocodile Rock Cafe, the two elaborated upon the several missing members on the tour and the ones filling in, the recording of their seventh studio album Fire From the Sky (Razor & Tie) and working with mega producer Adam D (Killswitch Engage), signing with Razor & Tie and the stability of the current state of the metal scene.
